Pricing & Payment Policy
All prices on Dookan are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise on the product page.
1.How prices are set
Product prices, MRP and pack sizes are set by the local shop selling the item and may differ between shops.
The price you pay is the price shown at the time the shop confirms your order.
MRP is shown for comparison where available; we never charge above MRP.
2.Delivery and other charges
A delivery charge of ₹29 applies per shop; it is waived for any shop's items above ₹299.
Any handling, small-order or surge charge, if applicable, is shown separately before you confirm payment.
3.Payment methods
We accept Cash on Delivery and online payment (UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets) through our payment gateway.
Dookan does not store your card number, UPI PIN, CVV or netbanking password. Payments are processed by an RBI-authorised payment gateway.
For Cash on Delivery, please keep the exact amount ready; delivery partners may not carry change.
4.Invoices and taxes
A tax invoice is issued by the selling shop where applicable. Dookan invoices only its own service and delivery charges.
