Merchant and partner data: shop details, Aadhaar, PAN, GST or Udyam number, FSSAI licence, driving licence, vehicle details and bank or UPI details, collected for verification and settlement.

Technical data: device and browser information and log data used for security and fraud prevention.

To confirm and deliver your orders, and to share only the details a shop or delivery partner needs to fulfil your order (name, phone, address).

To verify merchants and delivery partners, prevent fraud and comply with law.

To provide support, send order updates, and improve the service.

We share data with the merchant and delivery partner handling your order, with payment gateways, and with service providers who host or secure the platform under confidentiality obligations.

We disclose data to authorities only where required by law.

We do not sell your personal data.

Data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with access controls, row-level database security and encryption in transit.

We keep data only as long as needed for the purpose collected, or as required by tax and accounting law.

You may access or correct your details, withdraw consent, or ask us to delete your account by writing to support@dookan.live.

Some records such as invoices must be retained even after account closure, as required by law.

We use only the cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in and to remember your cart and delivery location.
