You need to be 18 or above, own or have access to a two-wheeler with valid registration and insurance, hold a valid driving licence, and have a smartphone with working data and GPS.

Verification is through DigiLocker or by uploading Aadhaar and PAN for manual review, along with your bank details for earnings. Once approved you can go online and start receiving jobs.

You only see orders that a shop has already accepted and packed, so you are not waiting at a counter for someone to start bagging. Jobs nearby are offered based on your live location while you are online.

You can hold one active order at a time. That keeps your route short and your completion time predictable rather than juggling three drops across two kilometres.

Accept the job, navigate to the shop using the in-app map, collect and verify the items, mark the order picked up, then navigate to the customer. Distance, route and ETA update live as you move.

For prepaid orders, the customer gives you a six-character code that you enter to complete the delivery. For cash orders, you collect the exact amount shown on the order. Call buttons are built in so you never need to save a customer's number.

Earnings are per completed delivery and accrue in your dashboard. Self-pickup orders do not create delivery jobs, so they do not affect your earnings either way.

Cash you collect belongs to the platform settlement, not to you — deposit it as instructed. Clean cash handling is the fastest way to stay in good standing.

Go online in the hours your area is busy — morning grocery runs and evening top-ups. Learn the gated communities, service roads and short cuts in a 3 km radius; that knowledge beats speed.

Wear a helmet, never use the phone while riding, pull over to read the map, and refuse any delivery that feels unsafe or involves restricted goods to an underage customer.
